When hard times come... Fall and pray..

So, after yesterdays lessons learned.. I decided to try and be thankful ALL day.. It didn't really work how I had planned.
I woke up this morning with another head ache, so I didn't even think about it. Because if I did, I'd have nothing good to say.. Then I slowly and lazily wandered around the house to see what everyone was doing. I plopped on Shelby(my sister)'s bed and began telling her about my dream.. I was in a semi good mood!
Then... One of my best friends called me. She had told me earlier this week that her sister in law was going to the Doctor for a monthly checkup.. By the way she's pregnant. Next week she will be 8 mos along. Well she went to the doctor yesterday and they realized because of a small umbilical cord the baby had a lack of nutrients.. So much that the baby's head was the correct size, but the body is way too small... Also the baby's organs stopped growing altogether. The doctors are going to take the baby out next week sometime. They will help the baby grow with their machines. The baby will also be a dwarf child, and to top it all of... The baby's daddy is in a navy boot camp, so he can't be with his wife at this time. She is all alone right now...
We know that the Lord has a plan, all we can do is pray... and pray hard! Anything and everything is possible with Jesus Christ! And He loves that baby more then the mother or father combined...

"Lord, please bless the parents with the faith to fall on you... Help them realize that you are all powerful and very merciful... I'm sorry for the many times I have complained today... Lord thank you for the amazing blessings I'm my life... I love you with my all!" -Amen

  1. Oh my!!! This brought tears to my eyes. Wow. I'm praying so very hard for your friend at this time and the baby!

Keep pressing on for Jesus, McCauley! He's got great plans for you and if you persevere, He will turn you into a Proverbs 31 woman through His grace and faithfulness. You will be in my prayers!
